Desaras sets his sights on a uranium mine in Africa in order to produce more energy for the Decepticons, and dispatches his minions under the leadership of Leozack. The mine's workers, including a man whose young son is celebrating a birthday that day, are soon being terrorized by the Decepticons, who trap roughly a hundred of them in the mine as hostages.
