Kotaro and Akane start dating, but they begin keeping it a secret with the exception of Akane's older sister Ayane. As a result of their relationship, Kotaro's grades begin faltering. The two begin questioning how to progress their relationship, leading Kotaro to eventually ask Akane to meet at the library during lunch for privacy.
