Yoshika still has not managed to stabilize her magic pressure and when Perrine is assigned to a diplomatic mission in Nederland, she takes Yoshika and Shizuka with her. Upon meeting the queen, they are tasked to help the blue tulips, which are the country symbol to bloom to bolster the country's morale, given that the last time they bloomed was 20 years ago by a witch's intervention.
