Kisaki, a former member of Moebius, is appointed as the new captain of the third division. Takemichi retaliates by attacking him, but first division captain Keisuke Baji beats him down for disrespecting Mikey's decision. Shortly after he does so, Baji announces that he is quitting to join Valhalla. Once Takemichi regains consciousness, he begs Mikey to expel Kisaki from the Tokyo Manji Gang.
