PLOT
It makes perfect sense that Ueno is an accomplished inventor given that she is the leader of the scientific club at her middle school. Nothing seems to be beyond Ueno's power with gadgets that can turn any liquid into drinkable water, eliminate the foulest odors, or even create dark matter to be used as a cover. But she doesn't create these innovations to advance humanity. Instead, love—the one phenomenon she can't completely understand—is the only thing that keeps her going. Tanaka, a carefree clubmate, has Ueno's heart completely. But her love life is completely stagnant because she is too afraid to admit her love and he is too unaware to recognize it. Ueno believed that if she could only put him in sexually suggestive situations, he would undoubtedly become startled and fell for her. Ueno uses her various inventions on Tanaka in a lewd way with the help of her stern classmate and devoted wingwoman Yamashita in the hopes that he may one day comprehend how she feels.
