PLOT
After his parents passed away and he skipped the burial, a 34-year-old Japanese NEET who shall remain nameless is evicted from his home. After some reflection, he came to the conclusion that his life was ultimately meaningless. Nevertheless, in an effort to make his life worthwhile for once, he stops a speeding truck that is headed near a group of teenagers and saving one of them before getting hit. He finds he was reincarnated in a realm of sword and sorcery after awakening in a baby's body, and he makes the decision to succeed in his new existence as Rudeus Greyrat while letting go of his previous identity. Due to his early training and inherited affinity, Rudeus masters magic at a high level. He meets demihuman Sylphiette, learns magic from demon mage Roxy Migurdia, and teaches Eris Boreas Greyrat magic throughout his formative years.
