PLOT
Etsurou Kurosu finds that the only way to deal with the weight of his numerous failures in life is to commit himself. He puts the noose around his neck by tying a belt around a wall hanger and letting it do its job. He panics, though, and his writhing tears a hole in his wall. He can view his lovely neighbor Rio Miyaichi through this gap, and he soon develops a fixation with spying on her daily activities. Kurosu, however, catches a glimpse of Rio's horrific pastime—murder—during one of his espionage missions. Rio does not murder him despite realizing that he has seen too much. Instead, she makes a straightforward suggestion: just accept her as she is. Kurosu accepts this and starts dating her. As Rio keeps carrying out her planned killings, she begins to include him in her grand plans as well. Now drawn into the vicious underworld, Kurosu fights not only to survive but also to comprehend his murderous new girlfriend.
