PLOT
There are some things that people are unable to express while they are still alive; for these, "shigofumi," or letters sent from the afterlife to the present, are available. Whether it's love, longing, or wrath, a person with powerful emotions might make a shigofumi when they pass away. Fumika, who is silent and secretive, is tasked with conveying these messages from the dead. She makes sure that every shigofumi reaches its intended destination, even if that person does not willing to confront its contents, with the help of her talking magic staff Kanaka. Fumika observes the misfortunes of individuals, both alive and dead, and is privy to their darkest secrets. However, the specifics of Fumika's history are unknown.
