PLOT
This Young Magazine manga adaption from 1985 features girls, gangs, and vehicles, thanks to Lullaby for Wednesday's Cinderella writer Michiharu Kusunoki. Local punks rob cars, switch the license plates, and sell them, but not before racing the vehicles against other gangs for a bit. The anime picks up where the live-action film from 1987 starring Kazuya Kimura left off with the plot.
