PLOT
It is the year 2050. Because of his involvement in the creation of the "Autonomous Machine DZ" at Rebuild, the manufacturing business his father founded, a young engineer by the name of Derrida Yvain rose to fame. When Nathan and Derrida find a weakness in the DZs one day, they try to alert their employer but are disregarded. Despite being aware of the threat, Derrida and Nathan choose to delay taking action and instead attend the birthday celebration for Nathan's daughter Mage. After spending the day in peace the following day, Derrida and Nathan are abruptly attacked by unidentified assailants. Derrida enters a cold sleep machine at the conclusion of the escape, and ten years later he awakens to find the world in ruins and in the midst of a war. Derrida is being attacked by a gang of unruly DZs when he almost gives up but is reminded of Nathan's final words.
