PLOT
Junpei Kousaka, a second-year high school student, has a cat allergy, which has caused him to despise cats and anything associated with them. To his dismay, he is surrounded by cat lovers, including his family, an old buddy from boyhood, and even his crush Kaede Mizuno. One day, on the way back from school, Junpei casually tries to kick an empty can into the garbage, but he fails horribly. The can ultimately breaks off the head of a statue of a cat deity rather than making it to the trash instead. He is cursed with the capacity to comprehend cat communication that fateful day. He must keep his curse a secret from everyone else, though, as they will all become more prone to mishaps and suffer the same destiny if they do. Junpei must now perform a hundred acts of kindness for cats under the leadership of his cat Nyamsus because he has no other option and must lift the curse. Because of his allergies, failing to complete this duty would result in him turning into a cat, which would be fatal for him.
