PLOT
Corruption abounds in Naples, a coastal city; the police openly collaborate with criminals, drugs are readily available to young people, and the mafia rules the streets with an iron hand. However, a number of fateful interactions will happen soon. Enter Giorno Giovanna, a 15-year-old boy with an odd relationship to the Joestar family who lives off of pickpocketing and part-time employment. Additionally, he possesses the mysterious "Gold Experience" ability, which allows him to give and create life by growing plants from the ground and animate inanimate objects. Giorno had fantasized of joining the ranks of local criminals and becoming a "Gang-Star," a feat made possible by his encounter with Bruno Bucciarati, a member of the Passione gang with his own sense of justice. Giorno has always been fascinated by the power of local gangsters. JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Ougon no Kaze recounts Giorno's adventures as he joins Bruno's crew while working for Passione, avoiding other criminals, and covertly preparing to destroy their enigmatic master. It is the year 1999. The generally serene and tranquil town of Morioh has recently turned into a hub of odd activities. Now a marine biologist, Joutarou Kuujou travels to the enigmatic village to see Jousuke Higashikata. Although Jousuke may appear to be a stranger at first, he is actually the grandson of Joutarou's paternal grandfather, Joseph Joestar. When they first meet, Joutarou discovers that he and Jousuke might share more than simply a biological connection. The crew, which also includes the amiable Kouichi Hirose and the raucous Okuyasu Nijimura, dedicates itself to looking into recent disappearances and other odd happenings in Morioh. The four men will face danger at every turn with the help of Stands as they attempt to uncover the town's secrets before another incident happens.
