PLOT

Heng, the most powerful of the seven states, is on the path of unification in the framework of the Warring States period of Chinese history. A young man named Ding Ning (Li Xian) has plans to assassinate the King of Heng in retaliation for his master Liang Jingmeng's murder ten years ago. He and his friend, Zhansun Qianxue (Li Yitong), pretended to be relatives in order to hide from the King. However, Ding Ning's development method Nine Deathsilk Worm makes it clear that he was a reincarnation of Liang Jingmeng. The Battle Burial Field was sacrificed by the King of Heng because he saw these warriors as a potential threat to his throne.
