PLOT
Noboru Takizawa enrolls in a school where fights are the only means of resolving conflicts. He swiftly comes into conflict with Sabur Ibuki, the school bully, who squares off against "God's Hall Monitor" Kichi Jnouchi in a boxing battle to decide who will date the attractive Yukari. Takizawa, who has fallen in love with Yukari, chooses to get involved in the altercation that Ibuki used to win by breaking the rules. In the first OVA, Takizawa is defeated by Ibuki's devastating finishing punch, but in the sequel, Takizawa creates his own finishing blow and prevails.
