PLOT
Following the catastrophe at the conclusion of Shin Getter Robo, Ryoma has retired to the countryside and Hayato Jin has taken over as the new director of the Saotome Research Institute. Since most major nations now own robots thanks to advancements in technology, Getter Rays research is now illegal and kept a secret from the rest of the globe. A new team of Getter Robo pilots is assembled to take on the irrational Randou, whose headquarters is located in the Arctic, while using a new design of Getter Robo that utilizes simple plasma energy. The fight with Randou's army starts as they join forces with numerous national armies.
