"Fanren Xiu Xian Chuan Zhi Fanren Feng Qi Tian Nan" is also known as "A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality". This is a Chinese anime (also known as donghua) that began airing in 2020. The series is based on a popular web novel of the same name, written by Wang Yu. The story follows Han Li, a poor boy from a village who joins a sect of cultivators. Cultivation in this context refers to the Taoist concept of individuals who can train their bodies and minds to the point of gaining superhuman abilities and potentially immortality. Han Li starts off as the weakest, facing numerous challenges on his path. However, his unwavering determination to become immortal leads him through countless trials and tribulations. Along his journey, he encounters mystic creatures, explores hidden realms, learns about various forms of magic, and gradually advances in his cultivation levels.
