PLOT
Ichiro Suzuki, a 29-year-old game programmer, was given the duty of addressing a number of flaws in two MMORPGs that his company is putting together for release. But because he works on the weekends, he gets really exhausted. Following a nap, he mysteriously awakens in a parallel world that resembles some of the fantasy RPG worlds he had worked on as Satou, a 15-year-old, later adopting the moniker Satou Pendragon, which he uses when conducting beta tests, and with what appears to be the menu screen of the game he was working on appearing before his inner eye. But before he realizes what is happening, a lizardman army ambushes him and begins a full-scale assault on him. He wipes them all out, accidently murdering a god in the process, by using all three of his unique "Meteor Rain" attack options at once (a quick fix he made to the game for new players that kills all nearby foes). His level increases from 1 to 310 as a result, greatly enhancing his stats and elevating him to the rank of one of the most powerful individuals in the planet. He embarks on an adventure to learn more about this new world because he has no way to return to his own and because he is a high-leveled adventurer with a variety of powerful physical, mental, and magical skills and weapons. While doing so, he gains the respect and love of many people while hiding his excessively high stats.
