PLOT
Chinami Ebihara is a young woman with an odd talent for producing electromagnetic waves when she is upset. However, because this "talent" interferes with everything electrical, she was forced to change schools when she was younger. As Chinami, now 18 years old, enrolls in a new school, she once again manipulates the electronic equipment there. However, this time, Kotaro Kannagi, another student, witnesses her actions and becomes obsessed with researching her "TYPE-E" talent.
