PLOT
Sayuri Haruno, a student at the prestigious Fleurir Confectionery Academy who aspires to become a pâtissière, has worked arduously to earn her scholarship. Unmatched pâtissiers who work with unwavering precision make up the staff. They include the prince-like Mitsuki Aoi, known for his work with chocolate, the outgoing and gregarious Gilbert Hanafusa, a French confectionery expert, and the stoic Yoshinosuke Suzumi, who has mastered the art of Japanese sweets. Sayuri is forced into the world of advanced baking upon entrance to the school, where she is surrounded by an encouraging and endearing faculty as well as fascinating peers. The committed Ryou Kouzuki, who appears to have a similar drive to realize his objective, captures Sayuri's attention. Sayuri is destined for greatness, and she will be able to tackle any difficulty the school presents thanks to her newly developed culinary talent.
