PLOT
Elk, a bounty hunter in a bizarre futuristic universe, is the main character of the novel. On this planet, advanced but antique technology coexists with primitive attitudes, creatures, and magic. In other words, It has a little bit of everything. It also has a sinister conspiracy that is capable of creating monsters called chimera that are strong and can shift in into human form. Naturally, it doesn't take Elk long to make some major enemies after saving a young female beast-master.
